HapHab's program is designed for all skill levels. Whether you're new to wellness practices or already have some experience, our 1-minute tools are accessible and adaptable, ensuring that everyone can benefit from the program. Our focus is on making wellness achievable and enjoyable for individuals at any stage of their wellness journey. Each Tool you learn has three different levels of challenge.
The program is for 6 weeks with a 1-1 call between us weekly. You have access to the video content for 6 months so you can keep up to date with the content.
No you don't need to be in good shape to do this course. A lot of the tools you learn are not physically demanding. However, if you have a serious medical issue then this course may not be suited for you.
In this program, a behavior tool is a simple, actionable task designed to improve your well-being in just one minute. These tools target various aspects of health—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—making positive change accessible and achievable in your busy life
